Job description

This is an entry level position in the Credit Department. This individual will provide assistance to the Credit Officers. Primary Duties: - Spread and analyze business/agriculture and personal financial statements for existing and potential new clients. Assist Credit Officers to provide preliminary recommendation as to the feasibility of the credit request. - Review and analyze borrowing base certificates (BBCs) of existing clients to determine line of credit availability. - Complete financial covenant checks for existing clients to determine if the customer is in compliance. If not, bring this to the attention of the Credit Officer, Team Lead, or Lender for further review. - Prepare Small Commercial Lending loan presentations, including spreading of financial statements in Financial Analyzer as well as credit parameter input, collateral review, and scorecard completion within Credit Quest. - Assist with maintenance of financial covenant ticklers. - Enter existing commercial and agriculture real estate properties in Financial Analyzer including property information, loan information, appraisal information, and the financial spreads. - Prepare annual credit reviews per loan policy r...
