Our friendly and helpful Crew Members create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Crew members work in a variety of areas, including Concession, Box Office or Usher, and will perform the key duties of each area. These positions include: We train our staff in all functions whenever possible to better serve our guests. - Box Office Greeter: Greets guests, sells tickets, explains reserved seating, provides showtime information, guides guests to their theater locations, and processes ticket transactions. - Concessions/Kitchen: Recommends a variety of snacks and beverages to guests, prepares food and drinks, operates the register, processes payments, and make change, and safely operates cooking, warming, and popcorn equipment. - Ushers: Cleans auditoriums after showings, sweep aisles, wipe surfaces, pick up...
