Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. You’ll work across the full B2B customer journey, helping improve pipeline efficiency, conversion performance, and business growth through advanced analytics, forecasting, and experimentation. Purpose of the role: You’ll work with B2B funnel analytics and performance measurement across the customer journey to improve conversion efficiency and business growth You’ll drive data-informed decision-making through forecasting, reporting frameworks, attribution analysis, and business intelligence initiatives You’ll lead CRO and A/B testing initiatives to improve landing page performance, user engagement, and acquisition efficiency You’ll collaborate across Marketing, BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel visibility Key responsibilities: Work with end-to-end B2B funnel analytics across the full customer journey (Lead → MQL → SAL → Contract), monitor conversion performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization initiatives Maintain and enhance KPIs reporting infrastructure and funnel performance frameworks to support operational and strategic decision-makin...
