Overview Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: Onsite – Orange County, CASchedule: Full-Time | Monday–FridayStatus: Exempt Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 annually: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a hands-on, onsite HR leader with a strong labor relations background, responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while serving as a strategic partner to facility and executive leadership. This role is heavily focused on union and labor relations, including grievance management, contract interpretation, and collective bargaining support, while driving effective employee relations and ensuring full compliance with collective bargaining agreements and employment laws.
