Hill House Home is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Merchandising to lead our merchandising function across Women’s RTW, Home, Kids & Baby, and Accessories. This role will define and execute the merchandising vision across all channels — balancing creativity, brand storytelling, and financial performance. You’ll bring a strong point of view on product, a deep understanding of the Hill House customer, and the ability to translate creative direction into commercially successful assortments. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be accountable for driving revenue and margin, evolving our product pipeline, and building a high-performing merchandising organization to support long-term growth.
