Role: HR Service Centre Assistant – Workforce Planning Department: HR and Learning: Location: Carbrook, Sheffield: Salary: £25,242 - £27,204: Hours: 37: Contract Type: Permanent: In this role you will provide transactional, administrative, and advisory support to police officers, staff, and managers. You will play a key role in ensuring that workforce data is accurate, timely, and reliable, supporting officer and staff moves, workforce planning processes, and system administration. Working as part of the HR Service Centre, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Finance, Payroll, Pensions, Occupational Health, and Strategic Workforce Planning, contributing to a flexible and resilient HR service.
