SCHEDULE: **PART TIME = **Must be flexible**Open Availability** 3 Days/8 hour shifts between 6:00AM-8:00PM Rotating Weekends: WORK LOCATION: Arnett Hospital: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.
