This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families. What Makes You A Great Fit - Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities - Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences - Schedule & Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations What You’ll Do: - Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out - Schedule Management: Create, manage, and mainta...
