We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Plant & Equipment Manager to take ownership of our plant and equipment operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring every asset is accurately tracked, efficiently allocated, and off‑hired on time. Your contribution will support smooth day‑to‑day operations, responsible cost management, and reliable reporting across the business: What we expect of you: In this role, you will oversee the daily management of plant and equipment, ensuring all assets are continuously tracked, deployed to the right projects, and returned promptly to avoid unnecessary expenditure. You will drive on cost control by maximising utilisation, engaging effectively with the supply chain, and producing clear, accurate reports that support informed choices‑making at senior level.Forward planning will be fundamental.
