Job description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Curriculum ( Customer Education) Certification Program Manager to lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of our customer certification program. This role will own the certification function within the Customer Education organization, with responsibility for program strategy, credential and exam design, quality standards, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience building certification or credentialing programs that validate product proficiency , enhance learner experience, and accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value. This person will also design curriculum and assessments for certification and non-certification learning experiences across both instructor-led training (ILT) and digital modalities.
