Job Overview: The Staffing Operations Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for staffing court appearances by matching attorneys to hearings nationwide. This role blends team leadership, recruiting, and inside sales to ensure fast, profitable, and reliable coverage. You’ll coach a team, drive performance metrics, and improve processes—all while ensuring client needs are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
