Job description

Summary The warehouse supervisor is responsible for the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. Oversees receiving, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. Optimizes efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials. Essential Duties: - Maintains shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. - Monitor and manage minute to minute operations. Monitor individual and group productivity and quality. - Respond and react to customer requirements. - Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to a performance-based operation to maximize productivity while maintaining quality according to all site specific standards - Compiles with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements. - Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly daily. - Monitor attendance, safety, productivity, and quality of Performance Associates. - Accountable for me...
