About the Role: We’re looking for a self-motivated, articulate, and clinically experienced professional to join our team as Home Health & Hospice Account Executive . In this role you will develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and admissions from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and physician offices.
