Quality Supervisor

Job description

The Quality Supervisor at ID Logistics is responsible for ensuring products and services meet both customer expectations and company standards. This role focuses on developing and implementing quality policies, monitoring performance, and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will adhere to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report noncompliance when observed. Additionally, they will promote and enforce company safety rules and standards. Key Responsibilities: Quality and Compliance: · Maintain and enforce LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) protocols for facility equipment. · Regularly review and update cleaning master schedules, SOPs, and documentation. · Conduct post-cleaning and pre-operational equipment inspections and document findings. · Audit, inspect, and verify product quality to meet company and customer requirements. · Review shift documentation daily, ensuring compliance with customer specifications. · Oversee the process for placing products on hold and determining proper disposition for non-compliant items.
