This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by strengthening Safety, Quality, and Production performance through Manufacturing Excellence systems. The engineer will learn plant processes, partner with cross‑functional teams, and implement structured problem‑solving, governance, and continuous improvement practices to enhance overall operational capability.
