What You will Do: - Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. - Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards. - Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision. - Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience. - Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology. What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience - Subaru experience preferred (but not required) - ASE certifications a plus - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship - Valid driver’s license w...
