About the Role: As a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Enterprise Risk team, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and strengthening ANZ’s risk governance environment. You will provide advice on Risk frameworks, Policy Governance and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and the bank’s strategic priorities. This role operates with significant autonomy and influence, working across business domains and senior stakeholder groups to uplift governance maturity and drive clarity and consistency across the enterprise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, governance forums and policy owners, and contribute to the forward design of ANZ’s enterprise risk governance model.
