We are currently searching for a CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join our care management team. For the right candidate this person would prepare to take over for our current care manager in the near-term as she is preparing to be promoted to a higher role in the company. Pay for this position is dependent upon experience, certifications (if applicable) and any additional qualifications the candidate possesses. The pay rate provided in this posting is a MINIMUM pay rate and not expected pay rate. A well-qualified candidate may expect to earn a higher pay rate and additional pay is also expected based on extra pay for on-call duties.
