POSITION OVERVIEW: dormakaba is seeking a remote Software Solutions Technical Specialist. The Software Solutions Technical Specialist will serve as dormakaba’s LGS (Lodging System) product expert, serving as a trusted resource for internal teams including Project Coordinators, Software Support, and Field Technicians. They will provide timely guidance and actionable solutions to resolve deployment-related issues efficiently. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding client satisfaction, project revenue, and delivery timelines. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
