Senior Consultant Financial Management & EPM

Job description

By joining our Financial management and enterprise performance management team , you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies. We are recruiting a consultant with two to three years of experience with the main EPM tools for our Bologna/Florence office. You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients. Specifically, your tasks may include: - redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model ; - designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market; - analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions; - assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation using business cases; - monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance; - defining the organisational structure, the skills, t...
