About This Opportunity We are seeking a Business Systems, Reporting & Automation Analyst who is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, support, and continuous improvement of the Ajera system, including reporting, training, data quality, and Finance and Operations workflows. This role serves as the primary Ajera subject matter expert, supporting users across Finance and Operations while driving consistency, usability, and operational effectiveness. The role operates with independent judgment in day-to-day execution, owns defined deliverables and incremental improvements, and escalates higher-risk or architectural decisions through established pathways. The analyst partners closely with Finance, Operations, and IT, but does not serve as the system architect.
