About the opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join UFR as a Product Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering, commissioning, and sustaining advanced automation systems used in mobile mining equipment. Working at the forefront of Sandvik’s automation strategy, you will help ensure our technology is deployed safely, reliably, and efficiently onto customer sites—directly supporting the progression toward a “Zero-Entry Mine.” In this role, you will take ownership of on-site installation, configuration, calibration, and SAT activities, ensuring each system meets operational and safety requirements before handover. You will conduct diagnostics and fault-finding, assess system performance, and provide hands-on technical support both in the field and remotely. You will work closely with Product Engineering to provide feedback on insights gained on site, contributing to design improvements, reliability enhancements, and continuous improvement of the processes used to deliver UFR systems.
