Job Description Summary Hot Gas Path Coated Buckets Cell Leader The Hot Gas Path Coated Buckets Cell Leader is accountable for the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance of the coated buckets cell. This role will lead an organization of approximately 9 salaried employees, including supervisors, and 140 hourly employees. This position is responsible for leading the manufacturing of coated buckets, including machining, coating, non-destructive testing (NDT), and braze operations. Demonstrated experience with these processes, as well as with gas turbine manufacturing, is strongly preferred.
