Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Job description: Flooring Sales & Design Associate Location: Field-Based (Client Homes & Businesses) Schedule: Monday–Saturday (varies based on client needs) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, professional Flooring Sales & Design Associate to join our team. This is a performance-driven role focused on in-home and on-site consultations, delivering customized flooring solutions, and managing projects from initial client interaction through completion. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while delivering a high-quality client experience.
