We currently have a Community Support Worker role available in Frome - Somerset. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week with potential of more hours as service increases. What you’ll do: You’ll work with local people to build their skills, local connections and friendships. You’ll make sure that the people you work with (Members) are doing as much as they can for themselves, that they are looking after themselves and that they have a life that is bigger than social care support. You’ll feel inspired and help inspire people. You’ll encourage them to try new things and have new experiences. You’ll reassure but you won’t take over. Every Member you support is unique, and every day will be different. Your role will be out and about.
