Department: DH NEURODIAG LAB EEG PAV L: Job Summary: The Technologist II is responsible for performing standard as well as more complicated and complex EEG recordings, is able to monitor additional electrophysiological phenomena by means of appropriate techniques and instrumentation, may assist in the training and teaching of END Students or END I Technicians and may participate in research studies Education: - Performs routine and complex EEG recordings in the adult and pediatric EMU. A technologist at this level should demonstrate a working knowledge on the complexities of EEG equipment and how it pertains to hospital networks as well as the best parameters to be used during recording EEG that will provide the most accurate information.
