Overview OVERVIEW OF POSITION:Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, providing discipline-specific treatment for individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or other diagnosis. Oversees all components of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high quality services for participants and the use of best-practice guidelines, for own caseload and of assigned regions. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Facilitates behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Conducts assessments and experimental functional analysis.
