The role provides enterprise ‑ wide leadership for rostering and scheduling frameworks that align with care ‑ minute requirements, community funding rules, Enterprise Agreements, utilisation expectations and regulatory obligations. In this role, you will: Lead the enterprise ‑ wide rostering and scheduling strategy, ensuring consistent rules, standards, compliance and system use across Community and Residential services. Oversee workforce modelling, safe ‑ staffing requirements, productivity initiatives and identification of structural workforce risks.
