This role oversees the BSA program, monitors adherence to applicable laws, and identifies, investigates, and reports suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. QualificationsWhat You'll Do: - Prepare and submit required BSA/AML reports, including CTRs, SARs, 314(a) requests, 311 Special Measures reports, and OFAC blocking/freezing reports; identify and report suspicious activity to FinCEN. - Ensure ongoing compliance with all BSA/AML regulations, supporting regulatory exams, internal audits, and corrective action processes. - Deliver BSA/AML training to staff, ensuring strong attendance, engagement, and program effectiveness. - Support and maintain the credit union’s BSA/AML risk assessment program, ensurin...
