Associate Interior Designer

Job description

The Associate Interior Designer will work with the design team within Corporate Advisory & Solutions on all aspects of interior construction projects from conception to completion within a multi-site medical office building portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform site survey of existing conditions and field measurements - Produce space plans, pricing plans, design development packages and construction documents - Attend construction progress meetings - Review contractor submittals and RFI’s during construction - Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status - Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines - Communicate well with clients and team members EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: - Professional Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program - 2+ years of professional experience in commercial or healthcare tenant development environment - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly - Self-sufficient, yet able to function as part of a team - Possess and apply knowledge of basic TAS/ADA state codes and local b...
