Job description

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for ensuring Architectural Guidelines and Governing Documents are upheld within designated communities by thorough knowledge of Governing Documents. Providing support to the Community Manager by proactively identifying compliance issues, documenting findings, and helping maintain the overall appearance and standards of the association. Position Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to the Community Manager to help maintain and uphold community standards. - Conduct routine driving inspections and systematic property tours of all lots within assigned communities to ensure compliance with Architectural Guideline and Governing Documents. - Identify, investigate, document, and report violations, complaints, or concerns in accordance with company and association standards. - Research issues of non-compliance and prepare documentation for Committee and Board review. - Record and track compliance information accurately using company databases and software systems (including VMS, HOA Tool Kit, and BoardVue). - Develop, utilize, and monitor compliance tracking systems to ensure timely implementation and adherence to guideline standards. - Maintain...
