Description The Director of Operations is an integral member of the Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of multiple facilities while driving business growth through active involvement in business development activities. This role combines operational excellence with a strategic focus on expanding the company’s market presence and customer base. The Director of Operations will collaborate with various teams to optimize plant performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities for growth.
