About the Role: As the AML Variation Manager within the FCTM Operational Excellence team, you will play a key role in providing independent quality assurance over AML investigations conducted by Operational teams. You will assess investigation quality in line with the approved AML Quality Framework, identifying trends, key risks and insights relating to investigation quality, regulatory compliance and alignment to ANZ’s risk appetite. A core focus of the role is translating quality outcomes into actionable insights that support continuous improvement. You will identify knowledge and capability gaps and support targeted uplift activities, such as facilitating calibration sessions and delivering insight‑driven learning or knowledge‑sharing sessions to improve investigation consistency and risk awareness.
