As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer requirements promptly and effectively Provide quotes to customers and collaborate with internal teams Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7, 365-day operation, focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests, with a £9,000 shift allowance included.
