Sonnet Hill Senior Living, located in San Jose, CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. Caregiver "Care Partner": Responsibilities of the Care Partner: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. - Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. - Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. - Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. - Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. - Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
