Overview Under supervision of the Manager of Advanced Clinical Training, Mentor conducts and communicates performance updates and assists with supplemental guidance and instruction. Duties are not limited to the responsibilities listed below and are subject to change for development and refinement of the Advanced Clinical Training (ACT) Program. This role is a secondary role and does not replace or substitute primary tech duties. See “Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Technologist” job description for full details. Responsibilities: - Training, Engagement and People - Key responsibilities of Mentors are to develop, train, and positively encourage IOM Technologists as they advance their skills in IOM. At the guidance of the ACT Manager, Mentors will facilitate teaching of medical knowledge, IOM theory and physical skills.
