This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: The Hills, set outside of East Quogue, New York. The Hills is seeking a seasonal Kitchen Porter to join the Culinary Department. This position will be available from April 20 to October 12, 2026. The Kitchen Porter will be responsible to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and foodservice areas. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities: - Work with all culinary and F&B leaders to create exemplary culinary standards and an environment of continual improvement. - Always keeps all food preparation areas meticulously clean and tidy.
