Overview Joining Susquehanna’s Trading Operations team as a Business Analyst places you right in the heart of our business. Working closely with global teams across Trading, HR, Legal, Operations, and Technology, you will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams—translating business requirements into effective solutions. Depending on scope, this may involve designing and delivering tools and services directly or partnering with technology teams to support more complex initiatives. At Susquehanna, there’s no single path to improving processes. You’ll leverage your creativity, communication, and technical skills to assess business needs, design optimized workflows, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful impact.
