Operations Senior Project Manager Department: YUG - 9040 - Business & Digital Transformation Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract: Location: Leicester: Description: Operations Senior Project Manager Reports to: COO: Location: Leicester: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (6/9 months FTC) Due to our continued expansion of our Contact Centre and Operations teams , we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our team based in Leicester (Hybrid working 4 days per week in the office). This role will require travel to our Nottingham offices from time to time to ensure complete stakeholder engagement. As a member of the business change team, you will be working with key stakeholders within the business to get the very best from our Technology stack. Communication is key, you will need to actively engage with the business to understand their needs and work collaboratively to deliver technology solutions.
