Job description

Overview Support the implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise applications and systems across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will work alongside senior administrators and engineering partners to help maintain reliable services, automate routine operational tasks, and improve monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding. You will provide day-to-day operational support for research and development teams using enterprise and ArcGIS Online technologies while developing your skills in infrastructure, troubleshooting, and automation.
