Location: Mayo Building - Ambulatory Pediatrics- Reproductive Health & Gastroenterology This RN role provides specialized ambulatory nursing support across pediatric gastroenterology and pediatric reproductive health, serving patients with complex, chronic, and often overlapping conditions. Across both divisions, the RN supports longitudinal care coordination, symptom triage, patient and family education, medication and treatment management, test result review, and referral and follow-up coordination, all aligned with RN licensure and scope of practice. This role functions at the top of scope, providing advanced clinical assessment and judgment through telephone triage and patient portal messaging, and serving as a primary clinical contact for families navigating complex care plans. The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
