This isn’t just about snapping a few photos; it’s about ensuring the integrity and security of the homes within our ecosystem. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to represent a tech-forward property management powerhouse. You’ll be the boots on the ground, transforming physical property conditions into accurate digital records and ensuring our landlords and tenants have total peace of mind. Qualifications: - Inspections & Walkthroughs: Use your smartphone (iPhone 12+ or equivalent required) to capture high-quality, detailed photos and notes of interior and exterior spaces. - Mastery of the Field: Test, document, and manage property keys and smart lockboxes with precision. - Operational Excellence: Respond to same-day, as-needed tasks including property security checks, notice posting, and verifying cases of abandonment. - Data Integrity: Submit comprehensive walkthrough reports within 24 hours to ensure our data remains rock-solid. - Professional Navi...
