Team Intro The Procurement function is responsible for delivering high-quality purchasing solutions and building a global platform for procurement resources. Through effective supplier selection, performance management, and governance of procurement activities, the team aims to enhance efficiency, cost optimisation, and compliance across the organisation, while supporting a sustainable business environment. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for the contingent workforce category (including Business Process Outsourcing and Third-Party Associates under the Human Resources & Management umbrella) across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. 1. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to consolidate business requirements, optimise procurement processes, and provide strategic guidance across business units. The role requires a strong focus on driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence at scale. 2.
