THE ROLE & THE TEAM: We are currently looking for a Senior Total Rewards Partner to support our existing Total Rewards team within the People & Organization (P&O) department. Our Total Rewards team is responsible for developing and executing the reward strategy for Zalando in close collaboration with the senior management team. The scope of responsibilities of the team includes total reward benchmarking, regular salary review processes, executive compensation, as well as the design and implementation of global equity plans. In addition, the team is responsible for managing Zalando’s comprehensive employee benefits portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping and managing rewards initiatives, driving their implementation, and effectively communicating them across key stakeholders and the broader organization. Your work will enhance our organization's understanding of compensation practices, making them more attractive and aligned with our rewards strategy and business needs.
