Job Purpose: Weatherford are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Communications Specialist Compliance & Employee Engagement to join the team in Houston TX. The Communications Specialist will support internal and external communications initiatives and maintain the profile and brand of the Company. This role is ideal for a hands-on communicator who is equally comfortable preparing executive messaging, coordinating company announcements, drafting day-to-day communications, and managing operational details behind the scenes. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, bring a positive and collaborative attitude, and demonstrate the flexibility to handle both strategic communications and tactical execution. This individual will regularly interact with senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to support projects at every level.
