Our work takes place in diverse legal, political, and operational contexts, and requires careful judgment, strong governance, and sound legal foundations. As a Legal Counsel, you will support a broad range of legal matters that underpin and enable our philanthropic activities, including grantmaking, partnerships, governance, contracts, regulatory questions, and organisational decision‑making across jurisdictions. Alongside this, you will also be involved in general in-house corporate, risk, and compliance topics that are essential to keeping a global organisation like ours to remain resilient in a fast & ever-changing environment. Working closely with colleagues across philanthropic and functional teams, you will help navigate legal and reputational risks, weigh trade‑offs between risk and impact, and translate legal requirements into practical, proportionate advice.
