JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Golf Shop Attendant REPORTS TO: Head Golf Professional QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively staff. TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Retail experience preferred. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License. JOB KNOWLEDGE: Customer service skills. Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers, members, and guests. Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Publisher, and Excel. JOB SUMMARY: Assists with all general services in the Golf Pro Shop. Including but not limited to: maintaining a neat looking pro shop, tee time bookings, answering phones, checking in daily play and responding to members requests.
