Job DetailsJob Location: Bangor, WI 54614Job Description The Shift Manager will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Shift Manager is to provide general assistance to the store in absence of a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market leadership team, the Shift Manager must demonstrate accountability, strong team management skills and hands-on involvement, both on the floor and with the team.
