Electrical Technician Offshore

Job Description As an Electrical Technician you are part of our geotechnical survey team and you will be working in a team of specialists for about 4 weeks at a time on board of our vessels abroad (an average of 150/180 days a year). A varied role in which no day will be the same. Your role: You make sure the specialized equipment is working perfectly; You take care of the necessary maintenance activities; You work on projects for site investigations for clients in the oil and gas industry and renewable energy e.g. the development of offshore wind-farms; You follow training at our warehouse in the Netherlands to make sure that you get familiar with our specific geotechnical equipment and that your knowledge is always up-to-date (initial training will be a period between 1 – 2 months); You assist with maintenance activities at our warehouse; You continuously learn, improve and develop new skills to grow further in your specialism. Your track record: You have a technical education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and preferably previous offshore experience; You have the availability to work 150-180 days offshore per annum; You have good communication and language skills in Eng...
