Co-Pack Inventory Analyst

Job description

Position Purpose: Under general supervision, perform a variety of routine and ad-hoc activities to support the operations team. Provide accurate and timely processing of information related to orders, production, shipping, pricing, payment, invoices, or other business information. Handle the administration of production documentation, including completion, verification, and filing of documents associated with the production process. Serve as a resource for general questions regarding department operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Control inventory for co pack customers to ensure accurate quantities and timely replenishment - Monitor stock levels daily and reconcile discrepancies with supply chain and production teams - Run routine reports to track production, material usage, and shipment status - Generate weekly inventory summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams - Post production folders and verify all supporting documents are complete and accurate - File, organize, and maintain digital and physical records for audits and...
